Q.  How long will each pet sitting visit be?

Again this depends.  Bestest Buddies offers many options and packages that are personalized for your pet(s).  We work with you to determine how many and how long each visit should be.  Some visits may include long walks whereas other visits might just be a feeding with a bathroom break.  Our ability to offer you and your pet options is just one of the many reasons why our clients absolutely love us.

Q.  Some of my pets take prescriptions.  Do your pet sitters administer medications?

A. Yes.  During the initial interview we will discuss your pets health history and any medical needs they may need.

Q.  What payment arrangements does Bestest Buddies accept?

A. For all first time clients, payment for pet services is due in full before the services are rendered.  Once a client of Bestest Buddies, we will accept payment after the services are rendered.  The biggest benefit of being a client of Bestest Buddies is the ability to have last second plans and have the peace of mind that your pet(s) will be in good hands.  Bestest Buddies accepts checks, money orders and/or cash for payment.

Q.  What do you do in case of an emergency?

A. During the initial interview, we will discuss any emergency pet procedures and policies that will be agreed upon by the client and Bestest Buddies.  We will always make sure we have your primary vet’s information on hand.  We also partner with a local vet and animal hospital so that we have a backup plan in place.  We will also discuss any emergency backup plans
